Superdigital is a full service agency located on Commonwealth Avenue in Boston. Clients range from luxury real estate to restaurants and CPG brands. Since 2013, Superdigital has created brand content for a wide range of clients.

As Account Director, your job is first and foremost to guide clients and their businesses to new levels. You are leader. You are creative. You are quick on your feet. You understand and speak fluently in our digital world. You are a master communicator, translating seamlessly between agency and client world. You’re confident and proven and all your past clients still remember your name.

But you don’t forget about us—you also lead our team and bring us closer together every day. Your unique ability to motivate your team is outstanding. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple accounts top to bottom

  • Lead all-sized projects from start to finish

  • Cultivate a relationship with key day-to-day clients

  • Offer thoughtful, strategic POV on projects

  • Anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions that keep us one step ahead

  • Act as the quintessential liaison between our internal creative needs and client needs

  • Be a champion of the creative work  

  • Support the individuals of the agency, engage with teammates on a human level

  • Handle oversight of output and monitor growth

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of account management and/or marketing experience in an integrated marketing and/or digitally led marketing capacity

  • Exposure to a diverse mix of industries is a major plus

  • Attention to detail is a given

  • Flexibility for evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes

Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Google Suite and Dropbox

  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Hubspot, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics
