ACCOUNT MANAGER

Superdigital is a full service agency located on Commonwealth Avenue in Boston. Clients range from luxury real estate to restaurants and CPG brands. Since 2013, Superdigital has created brand content for a wide range of clients.

Description:

As the Account Manager, you are the primary relationship and point of communication with the client. On the agency-side, you represent the client's interests, and help guide strategy and creative in the right direction. On the client-side, you represent the agency's interests, and present creative and strategy in a way that creates trust and encourages a true partnership. You set the tone, and the client trusts the agency because of how you represent us. You make great work possible. 

Responsibilities:

  •  Daily communication with the client on all needs, relaying asks to the appropriate agency resources 

  • Weekly status meetings, for which you prepare reports and gather all materials 

  • Attend and run in-person client meetings and events 

  • High-level tracking of all client work and agency services, ensuring everything is moving forward and work is getting done

  • Be the primary source of information for your given account

Skills:

  • Effective communication skills for building trusted client relationships and interagency relationships 

  • Attention to detail, ensuring that all work leaving the building is impeccable, creative, and to the clients needs 

  • Exceptional follow-through and time management skills to see projects through from start to finish on time. 

  • Enthusiasm for creativity and eagerness to become immersed in the client's business

  • A strong strategic background, understanding how to fit creative into business objectives

  • Organized, top to bottom

  • Google drive and G suite

  • Microsoft Office programs 

Requirements:

  •  Currently in an Account Executive/Manager role with agency experience (2 years or more is a plus)

  • Experience managing multiple clients at once
