We’re looking for an exceptional Digital Account Manager to add to our team as we continue to grow. You’ll be joining an entrepreneurial minded team, at an innovative company whose mission is to create meaningful engagement between brands and their audiences.In terms of what we’re looking for in our new account manager, we’d like someone who’s both experienced in client services and is a proven creator of compelling digital strategies that help clients achieve their marketing needs. The ideal candidate has fantastic people skills, a passion for social media, is analytically minded but thinks creatively about digital strategy.   • Building and maintaining client relationships & supporting with new client lead generation

  • Acting as our client point of contact with daily communications via email, phone and in-person

  • Managing workflow and projects related to your accounts to ensure timely and successful delivery of all outgoing work (with our in house team and any vendors, as needed)

  • Overseeing and managing the strategy, planning, execution, reporting and analysis of ad campaigns and ongoing social media efforts

  • Providing creative support including copywriting for your accounts

  • Pulling digital metrics & analyzing KPIs through social insights and 3rd-party platforms like Hootsuite

  • Monitoring client competitors and industry news to ensure our strategy & content is relevant and on-trend


  • 1-2+ years’ direct experience managing multiple social media business accounts including reporting and analysis of KPIs

  • Experience with digital and social media ads

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

  • Excellent communications skills (verbal, written, listening, negotiation and presentation)

  • Strong familiarity with the Google Suite & Dropbox

  • Ability to take initiative and be a self-motivated decision maker
